We are happy to invite you to CARBONHAGEN 2012 - the third workshop/symposium on carbon nanomaterials (mainly carbon nanotubes and graphene) in Copenhagen on June 25-26.
CARBONHAGEN 2012 will cover mechanical, electronic, chemical and optical properties, device fabrication, integration and application. Like in 2011 it will be held at the spacious Lundbeck auditorium. You can take a look at the previous meetings by following the links at the bottom of this announcement. The 2012 homepage is under construction, but feel free to take an early peek (www.carbonhagen.com)....
CARBONHAGEN 2012 will be a “no or low fee” event (depending on sponsors) in an informal setting, so it is a great opportunity for researchers as well as students to get insight into a buzzling field, follow the amazing progress we see both in the fundamental and applied part of carbon nanomaterial research, and lay the ground for future collaborations.
Whats new?
Compared to CBH2011, we will focus on:
- carbon nano materials for sustainable technologies (most of the 2nd day will be devoted to that).
- inviting more speakers from the industry, both smaller and larger companies
- zoom in on research activities in the Nordic countries, giving room for more local talks.
- invite high profile international researchers.
Talks and posters
Ther posters will be on display both days, and Monday evening we have a poster session with nice awards
The talks will either be long/invited (30 minutes) or short/contributed (15 minutes) talks.
