The Tecnai is used for performing both conventional and high resolution TEM measurements. It is also equipped to carry out chemical analysis when chemical composition is more important than the spatial resolution. The Tecnai is a very stable and robust platform which makes it the ideal tool for training users new to the TEM technique.
