Local spectroscopic characterization of nanodevices

Optical spectroscopies can hold the key for design and engineering of future devices for data high-speed transfer and applications within lighting such as light emitting diodes. Components for such system are engineered at the nanoscale and the incorporation of optical spectroscopy with a local characterization tool such as electron microscopy can greatly benefit the developments of future components. This project aims at developing an experimental bench combining optical spectroscopy with electron microscopy
